To celebrate the completion of the first phase of the asset enhancement project of The Link’s Chung Fu Plaza, an array of exciting events will be rolled out from October to December, offering an exciting and diverse shopping experience. Key events will include a weekly Sunday Lucky Draw that will give away prizes worth over HK$200,000. Furthermore, a weekly “Parent-child Magic Workshop” will be conducted each Sunday, and Ng Ka Wai, “My Favourite Magician” of the TVB Magic Ring Show, will teach kids magic tricks! Win Over HK$200,000 in Prizes in the Sunday Lucky Draw
From 28 October to 29 December 2013, customers can redeem lucky draw tickets with any spending of HK$50 or above at Chung Fu Plaza and the other five designated centres in the same district (Tin Yiu Plaza, Tin Shui Shopping Centre, Tin Chak Shopping Centre, Tin Tsz Shopping Centre and Tin Shing Shopping Centre). The more you spend, the greater your chance of winning in the lucky draw, which will be held at 5pm every Sunday at Chung Fu Plaza.

All the tickets received during the promotion period will be entitled to participate in the Grand Lucky Draw on 29 December 2013 for a chance to win an array of Grand Prizes, including an Apple iPad mini, LG Smart TV, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Samsung Galaxy Mega and Panasonic home appliances, etc!

Parent-child Magic Workshop Creates Magical Intimate Moments
Chung Fu Plaza has invited the famous magician – Ng Ka Wai, “My Favourite Magician” of the TVB Magic Ring Show, to host a weekly “Parent-child Magic Workshop” on each Sunday. From 27 October to 29 December 2013, customers can redeem an admission ticket to join the magic workshop with a child aged from 6 to 12 by spending HK$50 or above in Chung Fu Plaza. The magic workshop will teach kids magic secrets while also boosting their confidence to perform as well as communicate with others. In addition, Ng Ka Wai will also perform magic shows (Workshop Quota is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis).

Free Parking Promotion
Customers who spend HK$100 or above in any shops of Chung Fu Plaza can enjoy one hour of free parking by presenting machine-printed receipts of the same day. Customers who spend HK$500 or above and present two machine-printed receipts of  the same day  (each has to be for HK$100 or above, and one of them has to be issued by a  F&B outlet) can enjoy up to three hours of free parking and receive a car sun shield (limited quantity, while stock lasts).

Brand New Chung Fu Plaza Connects Tin Shui Wai
Located in Tin Shui Wai district, Chung Fu Plaza is adjacent to the Hong Kong Wetland Park. To highlight these geographical characteristics, the architect for the asset enhancement project has adopted a wetland theme, such as water drops and ripple elements, to give a natural feel to the property. The first phase of the enhancement project was completed and has redeveloped the interior space of Chung Fu Plaza, introducing more tenants and giving customers more shopping options. Further benefits include the addition of a new escalator between the first and second floors to improve footfall, improvements to the air-conditioning system, and the renovation and addition of new washrooms to enhance the shopping environment.
