Link REIT has a disclosure of interests regime whereby certain provisions of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (the “SFO”) were incorporated into the Trust Deed of Link REIT and are applicable as if Link REIT were a company with its shares listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Hong Kong Stock Exchange”).

Unitholders and investors are advised to co​nsult their professional advisers on their duty and obligations in relation to reporting their interests in Link REIT.
 

Disclosure of Interests by Unitholders

Pursuant to the Trust Deed, ​any person who is interested in​ 5% or more in the units of Link REIT shall have a duty to notify the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Manager of his long position an​d, if applicable, short position i​​​​nterest in the units of Link REIT and any change thereof in accordance with the requirements of the SFO. Such interests disclosed can be viewed o​​n the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
