The Collab Fest aims to promote creativity and collaboration between charitable organisations, social enterprises and social innovators in Hong Kong to develop innovative youth empowerment programmes. This meaningful event is organised by Link and fully supported by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service.
All charitable organisations, social enterprises, or social innovators with experience in promoting community development and services are welcome to form teams and participate in the event. The teams will work together to develop a project idea that is tailored for youth empowerment. The winning team will receive HK$100,000 to motivate them to bring the idea to life. In addition, participating organisations will have the invaluable opportunity to network and collaborate with one another, fostering a supportive and vibrant community to create a greater social impact.

Networking Day is only open to organisations who have successfully registered. Confirmation notification has been sent via email.
Note: To be eligible for submitting a proposal in the next stage, at least one organisation of each applying team must participate in the networking session.
Your submission should be initiatives for youth empowerment. The deadline for submission is 9 October 2023.
Shortlisted teams will have the opportunity to introduce their concepts in person to a judging panel on the Pitching Day. Members of the public, including youth, are invited to attend and provide feedback on the proposals. The winning team will receive a prize of HK$100,000.

1. A Project Proposal submitted by applying team in the form of PowerPoint presentation or slides with below sections:
2. Experience/ references relevant to community development and services, such as children and youth service;
3. Declaration by the Applicant Organisation Form signed by Authorised Person of the applicant organisation with company chop of each applying organisation;
4. Registration documents (Business Registration Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of charity status) of each applying organisation.
