Entry to the Sustainability Lab powered by Link (the Lab) is free of charge.
For specific events and workshops, to ensure the best experience, please register and arrive within your reserved time slot. Entry for late arrivals will be subject to availability.
During peak times, there may be queues to enter the Lab.
To ensure a pleasant visit for everyone, please do not bring large objects, bags or suitcases, and any items which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others into the Lab.
Please be responsible for your own personal property during the visit. The organizer will not be responsible for any stained, damaged, lost or stolen personal items that are brought to the venue.
Visitors are required to wear proper attire, including shoes and shirts. We reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate.
Please do not write upon, mark, soil or damage any exhibit, installation, wall, or facilities in the Lab.
To maintain a quiet, safe, and pleasant environment, please do not make excessive noise or otherwise cause danger or disturbance.
You are welcome to take photographs at the Lab, but please remember to turn off your flash.
No smoking, food, drink or chewing gum in the Lab.
With the exception of trained assistance dogs including guide dogs, hearing assistance dogs or service dogs, pets and other animals are not allowed in the Gallery. Trained assistance dogs must always wear identifying vests or tags and remain on a leash or in a harness and under the control of the owner.
Special Arrangements in Response to Novel Coronavirus
In line with the Government’s latest disease prevention and control measures and to ensure the safety of the public, audience, and staff members, the Lab has implemented enhanced hygiene measures with the following special arrangements and will continue to review the situation and adjust arrangements accordingly.
All visitors entering the Lab must undergo a temperature check with an infrared thermometer. Visitors with a body temperature exceeding 37.5℃ will be refused entry.
Anyone who receives positive result from COVID rapid antigen rest (RAT) or polymerase chain reaction (PCR), close contacts of confirmed case, under compulsory quarantine or in fever, cough or respiratory infection are not allowed to enter the venue.
Masks must be always worn in the Lab.
All visitors entering the venue are required to wear masks at all times, use the ‘LeaveHomeSafe’ mobile application to scan the venue QR code and comply with the ‘Vaccine Pass’ arrangements as well as other requirements under Cap.599F and the latest regulations of anti-epidemic requirements and social distancing issued by the government.
Enhanced Hygiene Measures
All Sustainability Lab staff involved in building operations and cleaning have received COVID-19 vaccinations and are required to have their body temperature checked daily and wear a mask while on duty.
Alcohol hand sanitiser is provided at the entrance to the Lab.
The Lab will be closed if the signal is in force before the opening hours.
The Lab will be closed if the signal is issued during the opening hours.
The Lab will resume service within 2 hours if the signal is cancelled or lowered to Signal No.3 or below 3 hours or more before the normal closing time as conditions allow. The Lab will remain closed if the signal is cancelled or lowered to Signal No.3 or below less than 3 hours before the normal closing time.
"Extreme Conditions" *
The Lab will be closed if "extreme conditions" is in force before the opening hours.
The Lab will resume service within 2 hours if "extreme conditions" is cancelled 3 hours or more before the normal closing time as conditions allow. The Lab will remain closed if "extreme conditions" is cancelled less than 3 hours before the normal closing time.
(*In the case of serious disruption of public transport services, extensive flooding, major landslides or large-scale power outage caused by a super typhoon, the Government will make an announcement of "extreme conditions".)

The Lab will be closed if the signal is in force before museum opening hours.
The Lab will remain open if the signal is issued during museum opening hours.
The Museum will resume service within 2 hours if the signal is cancelled 2 hours or more before the normal closing time as conditions allow. The Museum will remain closed if the signal is cancelled less than 2 hours before the normal closing time.
