You may not be a gold medalist, but a little exercise everyday can go a long way to introduce better physical and mental fitness habits in our daily routines. Link is excited to launch “Tour de LINK” – a neighbourhood fitness drive and cycling competition to promote healthy bodies, minds and spaces across Hong Kong.

From 4 to 29 August 2021, six participating malls across Link's portfolio throughout Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories will feature exercise bikes for the community to start their fitness journeys by taking a ride! Top riders with the longest distances achieved will be awarded. Beside individual championships, districts will also compete for the longest accumulated distance cycled by all participants in that district. Total distances achieved and rankings will be tracked and broadcast here.

Cheerful, district-inspired neon signs will be lit up by participating cyclers. Once illuminated, riders will be encouraged to take photos on their bikes for social media. Remember to share your pictures in the Tour de LINK IG photo contest to win extra prizes!

A convenor of community spaces, Link hopes to promote wellness through a combination of community-centred programmes to enhance well-being through the body, mind and spaces. Join our Healthy Community and get on a bike this Summer!
