Four Ways to Prepare Cherry Belle Radish

Baking
- Cut the Cherry Belle radishes down the middle and set aside.
- Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice from half a lemon.
- Add the radish halves to the mixture and coat them, and then put the coated radishes on a baking tray.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Then remove the radishes and let them cool before enjoying them!
Marinating
- Wash the Cherry Belle radishes with clean water.
- Remove the stems and roots and cut them into 2mm slices.
- Sprinkle the slices with salt and marinate for 10 minutes in a small bowl.
- Rinse away the extra salt with boiled water and squeeze out excess water. Peel some lemon skin and add them to the slices.
- Pour lemon juice, rice vinegar, sugar, dried chili rings and salt into a container. Mix them well to make a marinade.
- Pour the prepared marinade into a sealed bowl containing the radish slices. Marinate overnight and it is ready to serve the next day.
Eating Raw
- Wash the Cherry Belle radishes. Cut off the leaves and roots, and then cut them into thin slices.
- Cut a green apple into four equal portions. Remove the seeds, cut into slices, soak them in salt water and drain until dry. Wash with water again and cut them into small segments and set aside for later use.
- Add your favourite seasonings to the radishes and green apples and mix well.
Cold Dressing
- Prepare 500 grams of Cherry Belle radishes and three cloves of garlic.
- Wash the radishes and slice each one while leaving its base intact. Add 2 tablespoons of salt and marinate for half an hour.
- Wash away the salt from the marinated radishes with cooled boiled water. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of pepper and minced garlic then mix them well. Sprinkle with a small amount of sesame seeds and spring onions.
