Link’s Management Trainee and Management Associate programme will be open for application from 25 March to 20 April 2021.

Link Asset Management Limited (Link), the manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Link REIT, stock code: 823), announced today (Thursday) it will offer the largest cohort of its Management Trainee (MT) and Management Associate (MA) programme this year, targeting an external intake of 24 Trainees and Associates.

Link’s two-year Young Talent Programme comprises of two parts: the MT programme targeting fresh university graduates with no more than two years of work experience and the MA programme targeting young talents with three to five years of work experience.

Both programmes will cover five areas: (1) business orientation; (2) competency-based learning in various forms, including leadership and personal development workshops; (3) technical knowledges and qualifications; (4) Environmental, Social and Governance training; and (5) internal rotations, in which trainees will be rotated vertically within the assigned functional division.

The MA programme aims to pave the way for Associates to become future specialists and leaders of Link through intra-departmental and cross-functional rotations and business project participation, while the MT programme allows trainees to broaden their learning by participating in projects.

“While our global footprint continues to expand, we need to strengthen our leadership development and talent pipeline. Through a well-structured training programme, we hope to offer committed young people opportunities to grow and develop as they explore their career paths while we can identify future leaders”, Link Chief Executive Officer George Hongchoy said.

The programme will be open for application from 25 March to 20 April 2021 and a virtual career talk on the programme will be held on 31 March 2021 (Wednesday). For further details, please visit Link’s corporate website.

Link was voted by HR Asia one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020”.  It has also received three bronze awards for its innovative practices in various aspects in human resources in the 2020 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, an international business awards competition that are open to organisations in the Asia-Pacific region, and one bronze award in the HR Distinction Awards 2020.
