The first-in-Hong Kong Seaside Doggie Speed-dating, where dog-owners with their dogs and loving dogs-in-waiting can try to find their true love.

Under the guidance of SAA volunteer, participants can speed dating with doggies that are to be adopted.

Dog owners and dog could take photos at the Mini Photo Spots for Doggie with theme of different stage of love including “First Love camping” and “Chinese Wedding Bed”.

Non-Dog Owners and people who are considering to adopt doggies could experience walking a dog in the "Walk the Dog" area and know more adopting tips.

Professional Photographer Karen Yung will identify the Doggie Photography Tour route and suggest more than 10 best locations for doggie photo-taking for all dog owners to capture precious moments with their animals.

Talented wedding dress designer Bernadette Chan has been invited to create a brand-new wedding collection to launch at the event, making an opportunity for dog owner and dog to dress in the same wedding gown collection creatively.

Stanley Plaza feature a number of love-themed booths and dog wedding exhibition showing a variety of dog accessories, shirts and especially doggie party food.

Love the Dogs Educational Workshop held by Paws Hero to teach the families and children about the correct concept of dog adoption, and how to live with dogs peacefully and learn to respect and care animals.

Daniel Dog Training who run Pet Doctor Workshop will evaluate doggies if they have potential or character to be a dog doctor in the event, afterward an experience certificate will be awarded.

LINK Stanley Plaza will challenge Guinness World Records™ Title Attempt for “Longest Line of Glass Bottle” on 24 Mar and will invite each participant to write a love letter for their dog to be inserted in the bottles which comprise the "Longest Line of Glass Bottles".

As Hong Kong’s first pet-friendly shopping mall, Link’s Stanley Plaza is committed to provide innovative services for customers and their pets, offering opportunities for dog-owners to create precious moments with their dogs. Into its eighth year under the theme of “Paws by the Sea 2019”, a series of exciting events will be held at Stanley Plaza on the weekends from 23 to 31 March. This will include the first-in-Hong Kong Seaside Doggie speed-dating, where dog-owners and their dogs go together to find their true love and friends, while the loving dogs-in-waiting will have a chance to be adopted into a new family.

Stanley Plaza and Society for Abandoned Animals will hold a Walk the Dog Experiential Tour for people who are considering adopting a dog to assess their chemistry with the dogs being considered for adoption. On 31 March, Link will also host the Doggie Wedding Gown Exhibition and Design Competition, in which dog-owners can design a unique wedding dress for their doggies and dress up them as a model in the catwalk show. At the same time, there is a dog wedding exhibition which collects various dog marriage information for each dog owner.

Stanley Plaza will also challenge the Guinness World Record™ again on 24 March, where dog-owners could write love letters to their dogs and decorate their own “love bottle” and nearly 73,000 bottles to create the "Longest Line of Glass Bottles". After the event, owner can bring their bespoke bottle home as souvenir. Several large-scale dog photo spots, exciting activities and workshops are also arranged concurrently, including Photography Tour, Love the Dogs Educational Workshop, Pet Doctor Workshop Doggie, Love Is in The Air Carnival Exhibition. From now until 11 March, any member of the public who love dogs can apply for free the events through Link’s mobile APP “PARK & DINE”. For event enquiries, please call 3616 6089 during office hours.
