With reference to the Legislative Council Panel on Housing's discussion today on Link Real Estate Investment Trust’s disposals of properties divested by the Hong Kong Housing Authority, Link Asset Management Limited (Link), as the manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Link REIT), has provided relevant information to the Panel through a submission to facilitate the meeting’s discussion. Link hopes to assure Panel members that it has been working hard to improve the lives of those around its properties and create value for different stakeholders, and that it has exercised due care in ensuring a smooth transition when disposing of assets.
