Jointly presented by The Link and Disney Channel Hong Kong, “The Link ● Disney Channel 10th Anniversary Christmas Party” will be held from 10 November 2014 to 18 January 2015. To celebrate Disney Channel Hong Kong’s 10th Anniversary, eight leading Disney Channel cartoon characters will gather in Asia for the first time at the 10,000-square-foot party venue in The Link’s Lok Fu Plaza to spend an extraordinary Christmas with guests. Six Disney Channel Cartoon Zones make their Asian shopping centre debut “The Link ● Disney Channel 10th Anniversary Christmas Party” will include the most popular Disney Channel characters and will feature the Asian debut of six magnificent Cartoon Zones: “Mickey Mouse” Giant Icy Slide, “Toy Story” Andy’s Room, “Stitch!” Space Adventure, “Cars” Champion Racers, “Sofia the First” Royal Garden and “Phineas and Ferb” Puzzle-Inator. “Mickey Mouse” Giant Icy Slide is a thrilling 16-metre icy slide that allows guests to take a thrilling ride against the backdrop of a virtual snowy meadow, “Cars” Champion Racers allows kids to drive electric cars from the “Cars” franchise on tracks while pretending to be professional racers at Hong Kong’s only and largest-scale car-themed game zone, and “Stitch!” Space Adventure is a wire loop game that takes guests and Stitch together on a thrilling and miraculous space journey. Disney Channel 10th Anniversary Christmas Party In addition to the six Disney Channel cartoon zones, the 10th Anniversary Christmas Tree is another highlight. This 8-metre gigantic tree will display Disney Channel programmes, allowing visitors to watch a number of its popular cartoon series. A few Disney Channel cartoon characters, including Sofia the First, Agent P, Buzz Lightyear, Mickey and Minnie will gather around the Christmas tree to celebrate the joy of the season with guests. Furthermore, eight leading Disney Channel cartoon characters will visit The Link’s Lok Fu Plaza and interact with visitors.
