Yiu On Shopping Centre has undergone a major revamp to become a modern shopping destination for the local community by introducing a greater variety of shops catering to different customers and providing convenient access with the installation of escalators and a disabled lift.

Key work scope:

• Downsized the Chinese restaurant and relocated the supermarket to enhance efficiency
• Installed a new pair of escalators from the ground to first floors
• Upgraded existing toilets on the first floor
• Added new disabled toilets
• Installed a new disabled lift and provided tactile warning tiles between the ground and first floors
