Wo Che Plaza is connected by footbridge to Sha Tin MTR Station with direct access to the retail and municipal facilities hub around New Town Plaza, and serves as a medium-size community centre for residents living in the estates. After two rounds of asset enhancements, the centre has improved circulation and overall ambiance with new layouts and the creation of a mini-atrium and optimisation of trade mix.

- Created more shops by repartitioning and reforming the second floor arcade
- Added new escalators from the first to second floors
- Constructed a new disabled and loading lift from the ground to first floors
- Renovated the existing fresh market and introduced a new supermarket
- Increased lettable area by converting under-utilised common areas into retail shops
- Refurnished the whole arcade
- Added light boxes for retail tenants

- Repartitioning of existing Chinese restaurant layout to create a new arcade, introduce a new operator and add more dining options
- Construction of a new void adjacent to the existing escalators to create a mini-atrium
- Renovation of internal floor, ceiling finishes, entrances
- Installation of new toilets and renovation of existing toilets
- Improvement of the external facade facing Tak Hau Street and Yuen Wo Road
