Wan Tsui Shopping Centre, a neighbourhood shopping centre in Chai Wan, is conveniently linked by a footbridge to the Chai Wan MTR Station and includes car park facilities. To better serve the neighbourhood and capture more growth opportunities, comprehensive asset enhancement works were undertaken to enliven the old shopping centre into a revitalised and comfortable meeting place for residents and shoppers, complementing nearby shopping centres.
