It has completed extensive refurbishment work in 2020 and achieved Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) “Very Good” rating.

Several public transportation routes are within close proximity to The Cabot including the Canary Wharf underground station, light rail stations, as well as the Crossrail rail station (Elizabeth Line), which significantly increases Canary Wharf’s connectivity to the rest of London.


The Cabot is held by Cabot (UK) Holding Limited (the Holding Company), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Link REIT. The Holding Company has put in place a UK Tax Strategy to set out the approach towards conducting our UK tax affairs and satisfies our obligations under the UK Finance Act 2016.
