Our properties are vital to daily life in Hong Kong. Beyond offering shopping, dining and services that residents rely on, their deeper value lies in their role as social hubs. We view our malls not merely as commercial centres, but as gathering grounds that reflect the unique history and culture of the neighbourhoods they serve.
We bring this potential to life through placemaking. By planning with the community at heart, we adapt to the specific character of each district, creating welcoming environments where residents can connect, stay active and feel a genuine sense of belonging.
Curated by Link, the Fortune Wall energises Wong Tai Sin’s festive atmosphere. It features a seamless blend of tradition and creativity, showcasing 108 unique calligraphic interpretations of the Chinese character for “Fortune,” serving as a cultural anchor for the local community.
Guided by these principles, we transform our premises into vibrant living places that serve the evolving needs of the community:
We engage residents and tenants to address their real needs and aspirations, using inclusive design to ensure a welcoming and accessible experience for all.
We create vibrant community hubs that foster deep social connections and a sense of belonging.
By integrating architecture, landscaping, and signage with local culture and art, we create a unified identity that inspires creativity and collective pride.
Our philosophy takes physical form through strategic planning and facility upgrades. By adapting to the unique character of each district, we turn functional areas into meaningful community landmarks. This strengthens the bond between people and place, ensuring commerce and community life grow together in harmony.
