The enhancement works in Kwong Fuk Commercial Centre involved the installation of new escalators to improve vertical circulation. Additional power was supplied to the Commercial Centre and Market through the construction of a new Transformer Room. There has also been a re-layout of the market with the introduction of low-rise stalls and partial renovation at market to promote visibility.

• Demolish existing two single escalators and install two pairs of escalators for two-way transportation
• Replace LED lighting in escalator void
• Install balustrade beside new escalators

• Construct new transformer room
• Modify existing stalls and erect new stalls
• Ceiling re-painting and re-flooring for central corridor
• Replace LED lighting and fans
• Renovate to entrance area
• Re-locate management office
