A New Social Hive Where Connections Come Alive

Guangzhou Tianhe's Link Plaza (formerly known as Happy Valley Shopping Mall) provides Guangzhou citizens with a high-quality social hive where families, couples, coworkers, friends and classmates can meet, relax and enjoy life.

Its internal and external spaces are being redesigned with green-inspired features and expanded communal areas to provide a holistic shopping and entertainment experience. New highlights will include a 24/7 urban life zone, a full-service children's playground, a Gen-Z gathering hub, as well as a food street that features Guangdong dishes, making the plaza a go-to lifestyle destination in the neighborhood.

With commitment to sustainability and green living, Link Plaza Tianhe has obtained LEED Building Design and Construction (BD+C): Core and Shell V4 Platinum Pre-certification, Parksmart Pioneer Pre-certification, and WELL HSR (Health-Safety Rating Criteria) certification. It will be the world’s first commercial project to receive the three leading green certifications.
