The first Jim Marvin Designer Christmas Pop-up Shop in Hong Kong is opening daily at Shop 208, Level 2, Stanley Plaza.

The five themed zones inside the shop are “Wintery”, “Aqua”, “Limey”, “Shades of Red” and “Hollywood Tinsel”. The Christmas trees in the picture are designed with the theme of Central Park. With the key tones of bronze, gold and brown, they naturally cast a refreshing garden ambience at home just with simple decorations.

Decorative items sold at the Christmas outlet are kaleidoscopic. Even hanging balls could have more than a hundred choices of different colors and materials, with prices ranging from tens of dollars to more than $100. All of them are glamorous and beautifully designed. The “Shades of Red” collection adopts the traditional Christmas colors of red and green and is most popular among customers.

The shop features fitting-out of European style, enabling shoppers feel like visiting an European luxury home filled with Christmas decoration and ambience. That is also a good demonstration for customers in picking their DIY choices.

Jim Marvin has been setting the trend of themed Christmas decorations for more than 30 years. Handmade garlands designed by Jim are of limited quantity, and every design has only one piece in the world. No more delay if you would like to buy one. Prices are yet to be set.

Apart from the traditional Christmas decorative items, there are also special clip-ons of animal and botanic designs. Examples are flowers, leafs, butterflies and birds. The ornaments are gracefully designed with clips, so ladies can wear them as brooch at Christmas parties, which catches others’ attention.

There is a legend saying that reindeers would help Santa Claus spread happy messages to the world. In this festive season, it’s a good idea to bring home a pair of reindeers and that may bring a lot of blessings to your family.

Could this crystal pendent lamp ornament of European style make you feel like travelling in Europe?

The hanging streamlined water-drop decoration, mounted with golden stones, is one of the best-selling items.

Christmas decorations of the “Hollywood tinsel” collection are exquisitely designed with meticulous craftsmanship. The lucency seen under the spotlight looks particularly elegant and captivating, giving you surprises at this Christmas.

Christmas decorations are not just for homes in this festive season. With your innovative ideas, they could also be unique and perfect gift items.

Exquisite Christmas decoration could fill the home with much more festive joy.  World renowned Christmas designer Jim Marvin, well known for his fabulous decoration of the White House each year, is opening his first pop-up Christmas outlet in Hong Kong this forthcoming Festive Season at the new lifestyle destination Stanley Plaza.  This is also Jim’s first seasonal pop-up outlet in Asia, showcasing his superb festive items.  The shop opens daily from 10am to 7pm, up to 31 December 2011.  Don’t miss the chance to see the fabulous Christmas decorative items of the design master.
