Following more than 20 months of meticulous planning, design and construction, Link Asset Management Limited (“Link”) is proud to announce the grand opening of The Wonderful Town of Play – Hong Kong’s first wetland-themed outdoor playground – on the rooftop of T Town in Tin Shui Wai on 21 December 2025.
Reach new heights with the 5-metre-tall Spoonbill Vertical Climber and 6-metre-tall BulBul Bird Tower
Spanning 32,000 square feet, The Wonderful Town of Play introduces seven wetland-inspired zones led by mascots BillBill the black-faced spoonbill and BulBul the red-whiskered bulbul. Signature attractions include the 6‑metre‑tall Treehouse Slide and the 5‑metre-tall Vertical Playground, offering exhilarating play experiences while fostering children’s appreciation and understanding of wetland ecosystems.
At the heart of the playground stands BillBill the black-faced spoonbill, proudly perched atop the 5‑metre-high Spoonbill Vertical Climber. This signature attraction invites young explorers to test their agility, conquer mid-air obstacles and scale to the summit in a spirit of adventure.
Soaring even higher is the 6‑metre-high BulBul Bird Tower, the tallest play structure within the park. Children can ascend to its peak and revel in a sense of achievement before gliding down the slides, mirroring the graceful flight of the red‑whiskered bulbul.
