Gourmet in Style, brought to you by The Link and famous gourmet traveller Walter Kei since 2012 has always been the perfect event to bring memorable dining experiences to customers by serving the best wine pairings for creative dishes at restaurants in The Link’s shopping centres.
From July to September, The Link is bringing Gourmet in Style to Tai Po. Customers with accumulated spending up to HK$2,000 are entitled to redeem tickets for the “Wine Pairing Banquet” hosted by Kei and Carnival Seafood Restaurant in Fu Heng Shopping Centre featuring innovative Cantonese cuisine with French fine wines to be savoured. Kei is going to surprise the diners with a series of mouth-watering dishes crossovering with the F&B tenants at The Link’s shopping centres in Tai Po aimed to offer customers of the district a mind-blowing dinning experience.
Wine Pairing Banquet offers a mixture of Cantonese cuisines with French fine wines
The Wine Pairing Banquet, held in Carnival Seafood Restaurant in Fu Heng Shopping Centre on 22 August (Friday), will highlight both traditional and modern cuisines along with the interesting collaboration of Kei and the chefs of Carnival Seafood Restaurant. Each dish will be matched with an array of French wines to bring a deluxe tasting experience to diners. Event will be hosted by renowned artist Bob Lam, the emcee of the night. To participate in this feast, customers with accumulated spending of up to HK$2,000 from 25 July 2014 to 15 August 2014 in any six of the designated shopping centres of The Link are entitled to one ticket. Customers spending HK$3,500 or more are entitled to two tickets. Tickets are available while stock lasts. Walter Kei will also cooperate with F&B tenants from Tai Wo Plaza, Fu Heng Shopping Centre and Fu Shin Shopping Centre to add new elements to their current menu for an interesting crossover. New menus will be available in selected restaurants from 25 July onwards. Foodies should not miss this unique opportunity to try creative cuisine.

Walter Kei has designed a series of recipe cards teaching the public how to cook delicacies at home. Recipe cards are printed in Chinese, English and Indonesian serve as a great collection for foodies.
