Visitors can scan the QR code at T.O.P This is Our Place’s fifth-floor rooftop garden and MeiMei will reveal herself in AR form.

Female MeiMei fans can scan the QR code on the “Girlfriend-able Detector” to see how they stack up according to MeiMei.

The shopping mall’s big screen reveals just how hilarious MeiMei and her boyfriend are.

The funniest submissions from GFWestFace are presented on the Instagrammable wall.

Mr. H.H has also designed a comical Instagram filter that turns users into chubby beauties – like the femme fatale herself.

Customers who spend $600 or more can collect one of two styles of a limited-edition “100,000 ways to Survive – MeiMei Edition” tote bag.

Customers who spend $300 or more are entitled to one QR Coin to use in the capsule toy machine, a coupon that gives one turn on the claw machines at C-Kingdom plus a $50 cash coupon.

Shoppers who spend upon $50 or more at Muah Daily can collect a limited-edition GFWestFace x Muah Daily Valentine’s Day card.

The go-to chillax and trendy spot T.O.P This is Our Place is proud to announce a first-time collaboration with renowned Taiwanese illustrator Mr. H.H and popular local social media page GFWestFace. Taking place from 5 February to 31 March, “100,000 ways to Survive – MeiMei Edition” is a Valentine’s Day special presented by T.O.P and featuring Mr. H.H’s renowned chubby protagonist MeiMei in augmented reality (AR) form.

Using a QR code, visitors can snap a shot with the AR MeiMei or take photo at the wall with hilarious sayings put together by GFWestFace, and the equally humorous conversations between MeiMei and her boyfriend. During the promotional period, T.O.P This is Our Place will release a fascinating array of exclusive items, including capsule toys encasing embroidery patches, tapes and badges with amusing phrases that will prompt laughter, and limited-edition tote bags. On top of a series of promotional events at the mall, Mr. H.H has also designed six exclusive WhatsApp stickers and a comical Instagram filter for users to transform themselves into chubby beauties – like the femme fatale herself.

Meet the Enigmatic Chubby Goddess MeiMei through AR

Confidence is not exclusive to those with slim waists and thin, long legs. Mr. H.H’s chubby protagonist MeiMei is known for her daring confidence, enviable candour and courage to stand up against bullies. This Valentine’s Day, she brings her can-do panache to Hong Kong and into T.O.P This is Our Place. Visitors can scan the QR Code at T.O.P This is Our Place’s fifth-floor rooftop garden and MeiMei will reveal herself in her AR form. Snap some shots with this special “date” and share her story with your friends via social media! Visitors can also come with your partner to scan the QR code on the “Girlfriend-able Detector” on the fourth floor to see how they stack up according to MeiMei. Shoppers can also look up at the shopping mall’s big screen to see just how hilarious MeiMei and her boyfriend are.

Partnership with GFWestFace uncovers romantic humour

With more than 200,000 fans, GFWestFace is a social media page that features priceless phrases and images from day-to-day conversations between girlfriends and boyfriends. GFWestFace welcomes online submissions on funny topics, including “bizarre ways in which your other half pisses you off”, “worst Valentine’s Day surprises” and “the most ridiculous Valentine’s Day ever”, with the most comical submissions collected and presented on the Instagrammable wall at T.O.P This is Our Place for a rollicking dose of romantic humour this February.

Visitors who “like” the T.O.P This is Our Place Facebook page and check-in at the shopping mall will receive a limited-edition mega-sized sticker.
