In addition to creating job opportunities for the community through its asset enhancement projects, The Link is hosting a job fair with the Hong Kong Employment Development Service at Tin Chak Shopping Centre, Tin Shui Wai, on 8 October 2012. More than 1,000 vacancies will be offered by nearly 20 companies, mainly tenants of The Link.
 
The vacancies cover a wide variety of job types, including retail sales, beauty consulting, food and beverage, storekeeping, cleaning, tourist services, and baggage handling. The monthly salary of some full-time jobs advertised at the fair will be as high as HK$13,000 per month, while some part-time jobs offer an hourly salary of up to HK$50. Most job locations are in Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun and Yuen Long District.
