In January The Link Management Limited (“The Link”) officially launched “Channel 823”, a corporate newsletter for promoting bilateral communication and strengthening stakeholder relationships.

The bilingual, bi-monthly publication is available in both printed and online versions, bringing readers news on corporate developments, our tenants and employees, as well as our sustainability initiatives, marketing promotions and awards.  The “CEO’s Views” column written by our CEO will keep stakeholders and the general public updated on developments in our business.

Since our listing in Hong Kong, we have been adhering to high standards of corporate governance and transparency by releasing corporate news through a variety of channels, such as the annual report, interim reports, sustainability report, corporate website, customer service hotline and regular tenant briefings.

George Hongchoy, Executive Director and CEO of The Link, wrote in the premiere issue of “Channel 823”: “As The Link embarks on its sixth year, we are launching this corporate newsletter (in print and online) to deliver the latest news of The Link and to improve interaction with our stakeholders. This marks a new milestone in our communication efforts.” 

In his column, George also introduced our Business Growth Model and latest completed acquisition, the Maritime Bay project.  He emphasised that asset acquisition is important for increasing the revenue of our portfolio. Using our six years of experience in asset management, we hope to instil greater synergy into our portfolio of properties and acquire quality assets with stable returns, which further benefits all stakeholders.
