Link’s Lok Fu Place presents “Lok Fu Treasure Hunt”, a new mall treasure hunt using smart wristband technology! From 15 August to 31 October, the mall will be turned into a trail of hidden treasures, where contenders can take up challenges and race for prizes using their event-specific smart wristbands to guide them to digital terminals at designated locations along the way. Choose from a number of healthy and fun challenges that will stretch your physical and intellectual limits as you and your team defeat your rivals to claim your prize, which can be collected using your smart wristband at an automated redemption machine.
Five Intellectually and Physically Challenging Zones for Fun & Prizes
At Lok Fu Place a variety of challenges are in store, including two “brain-teasing” zones, where your trivia knowledge will be put to the test in a race against the clock. Hone your vision and concentration in a series of classic brain and eye workouts. If you’re more athletically inclined, you can get sweaty in three “physical” zones featuring missions like jumping jacks, running and rowing to test your speed, strength and stamina. All the challenges are scored, so give it your best effort!
Smart Wristband for Self-service Prize Redemption
This is treasure hunting made easy! Kick things off by strapping on and activating your digital wristband, available at our Customer Services Counter, and following the directions given by your smart wristband to the first mission. After you complete each mission, simply wave your wristband over the nearest digital terminal and your score will be saved in your wristband. You can also earn extra points by sharing this event on Facebook! When you have completed all the missions, you can use your wristband to redeem your points for a prize of your choice at the automated redemption machine.
Customers who spend a designated amount in a single day using designated electronic payment methods are eligible to take part in “Lok Fu Treasure Hunt”. These customers can redeem their original printed receipts issued by different merchants in the mall for a smart wristband at the Customer Service Counter and start hunting for treasure!
