Link’s Tuen Mun Adventure Returns with Experiential Activities

  • Link’s Tuen Mun Adventure offers three popular hiking routes and two new biking routes near Link’s Leung King Plaza, Butterfly Plaza, Fu Tai Shopping Centre and Sam Shing Commercial Centre
  • Elevated “bike x culture” tours give urbanites a taste of nostalgic Tuen Mun, spanning rural history and local architectural gems, with Japanese-style vintage bikes for rental

Link is bringing back its popular Tuen Mun Adventure series this fall! From now until 30 November, Link’s Leung King Plaza, Butterfly Plaza, Fu Tai Shopping Centre and Sam Shing Commercial Centre are taking part in a new series of Tuen Mun Adventure challenges themed “Adventure – Off We Go!” with three not-to-be-missed standout routes and two new cycling routes that take riders through cultural heritage sites in Tuen Mun District. Feel free to mix and match the routes from the ”3+2” itinerary and soak up the stunning sea and mountain views.

“3+2” Sea-to-Hill Routes with Vintage Bike Tours

On top of three familiar standout routes, Tuen Mun Adventure has been upgraded with two newly designed cycling routes designed in collaboration with Common Sense, Hong Kong’s only vintage bike studio. These two routes – “Bike Tour Through Rustic Rural Villages” and “Bike Tour through Fishing Village and Sunset” – give riders the chance to immerse themselves in the laid-back vibes of life on two wheels while digging into the anecdotes, culture and history of local rural villages, with the option to stop by Leung King Plaza and Butterfly Plaza for supply refills.

Interactive Happenings and Mobile Markets Filled with Local Labels and Autumn Surprises

Besides the ”3+2” sea-to-hill routes, thematic markets and happenings centred on cycling culture have been launched in collaboration with various brands:

  • Japanese-Style Bike Rental: Rent a Japanese vintage bike from Bike The Moment, a local group promoting cycling culture, for a leisurely ride with friends.
  • Coffee Workshop: Coffeeholics can’t miss this chance to “grind” coffee themselves using tools made from bicycle parts.
  • Mobile Bike Market: Explore the alpine and coastal areas of Tuen Mun on two wheels with bike rental vendors as they share their stories in an unexpected market experience on designated weekends during October.
  • Yama-Style Bazaar: Bringing together more than 10 brands, this market offers a curated selection of hiking, camping, cycling and outdoor goodies, making it the ideal meeting point for outdoor enthusiasts.
  • Limited-Edition Hiking Gear Reward Redemption: Customers who are registered as Link members and who spend a designated amount during the promotion period can redeem e-stamps for a limited-edition lush green “camping chair with cooler bag” and a limited-edition ocean blue outdoor foldable table.
