Link Asset Management Limited (Link), the manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Hong Kong stock code: 823), today announced that its flagship charity and community engagement programme, Link Together Initiatives, is inviting applications for the 2026/27 Project Fund from today until Friday, 6 February 2026.

The programme aims to empower non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to deliver innovative and impactful projects in key focus areas: Environmental Sustainability;Inclusion and Active Ageing; and Youth Empowerment to address evolving needs in the community.

Link aims to support projects that bridge service gaps and promote sustainable community development. It also seeks to strengthen partnerships with NGOs to co-create impactful initiatives that improve the well-being of communities around Link’s properties.

Each year, Link contributes up to 0.25% of its net property income from the previous financial year to the programme. Since its launch in 2013, Link Together Initiatives has committed $174 million, supporting more than 200 community projects and benefiting over 20 million people.
