Link's Stanley Plaza is rolling out its 10th annual Christmas celebration ‘Merry Gingermas’ will hit Stanley Plaza from 19 to 28 December 2025, creating a warm and positive festive atmosphere for the community.
Have a ‘Merry Gingermas’ at Stanley Plaza! The Christmas Market features over 100 stalls from seasoned vendors and newcomers, with creative products, handicrafts and speciality delicacies on offer.
Local gelato shop Madness Family takes fans by storm once again with creative local flavours! Besides the signature matcha mochi and Belgian chocolate, expect new flavours such as the nostalgic Sesame Sauce or even the Christmas market-exclusive Ginger Milk Curd! They sure rock the gelato world!
Known for their one-of-a-kind mochi donuts that are soft on the inside yet crispy on the outside, Donut Demo is introducing two Christmas special flavours: Gingerbread Man Party and Pandan Wreath!
Emerging local artists are showcased at the ‘Ginger Gallery’, curated using a ginger theme, with works inspired by the form, colour, history and cultural symbolism of the root. Marvel at the artistic expressiveness of ginger, both as a food ingredient and a medium for art, at this phantasmagorical feast for the eyes, blending food, art and festivity. The exhibits are available for purchase, with part of the sales proceeds donated to the FOODSPORT Foundation’s Food Assistant programme to provide food for those in need.

In that vein, you are invited to Link’s Christmas market and encouraged to not act ‘gingerly’ with all the ginger-infused delicacies on offer! Apart from the usual Christmas staple of gingerbread, you’ll find the aromatic ingredient used imaginatively in an array of dishes and beverages. Over at the Amphitheatre and the dedicated ‘Ginger Gallery’ at Murray House, live performances and visual art promise to spice up your holiday season. Don’t forget to test your reflexes at the ‘Ginger Bar’ outside Murray House to win a ginger-flavoured speciality drink! With more than 100 stalls in and around Stanley Promenade and Murray House, Stanley Plaza wishes you a warm ‘Gingermas’ this winter!
More Than 100 Market Stalls Plus Exclusive Ginger-Flavoured Delicacies
The ‘Merry Gingermas’ Christmas market brings together more than 100 stalls featuring established vendors and newcomers offering creative products, handicrafts and ginger-flavoured delights. Come to the Fresh Ginger Stalls for trendy novelties or check out the Old Ginger Stalls for trusty standbys. There are also Overseas Ginger Stalls featuring wares from all corners of the world, and Local Ginger Stalls offering favourites from Hong Kong
The market also features more than 30 coveted food labels, such as local gelato brand Madness Family, who is offering their exclusive Ginger Milk Curd flavour. In addition, Donut Demo joins other popular local gourmet labels such as Bewater Popcorn and CurryBoy – the best- kept secret among local curry fans – to offer treats with an authentic local twist. Other local favourites with a presence at the market include handmade mochi specialist a little moment pastry; local herbal liqueur brand Magnolia Lab; local craft beer brewery H.K. Lovecraft; local gin brewery Perfume Trees Gin; handmade local dessert parlour 潮Mart; much-loved patisserie Petit Sweet; and Spanish jamón expert Diverxu.
