Link Asset Management Limited (Link), the manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Link REIT, Hong Kong stock code: 823), today announced the launch of “Tour de Link Golf Challenge” -  a new community engagement initiative that brings golf into the heart of communities. Building on the success of the previous “Tour de Link” series, this year’s challenge aims to promote healthier lifestyles and foster community spirit through a fun and accessible golf experience and a friendly cross-district challenge.

Tour de Link Golf Challenge reflects our ongoing mission to use sport as a bridge to strengthen community bonds. With Hong Kong hosting the 15th National Games’ golf competition this November, we hope this event will further ignite public enthusiasm and deepen community participation in the city’s sporting celebrations.”

Tour de Link Golf Challenge will run daily from 11 to 19 October 2025 at Lok Fu Place, Oi Tung Shopping Centre and TKO Spot, covering Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. The event will feature multiple free interactive game zones designed to engage participants of all ages and skill levels. Attendees can join the cross-district golf challenge at “Tour de Link Golf Challenge” zone, sharpen their skills using the golf simulator at the “Tech Arena”, and enjoy family-friendly mini-golf experiences at the “Leisure Club”.

At the “Tour de Link Golf Challenge” zone, participants can compete in two categories – Hong Kong Golf Master (for adults) and Junior Golf Master (for children) – with unlimited play across all venues. Each participant competes individually, with scores tracked automatically across rounds. The top three scorers in each category will be awarded the titles of Champion, First Runner-up and Second Runner-up, along with trophies, sportswear vouchers and professional golf coaching packages.

Beyond individual accolades, every swing contributes to the cumulative score of the participant’s district. Scores from all players, regardless of category, will be combined to determine the top-performing district. In celebration of community spirit, Link will donate $50,000 in meal coupons on behalf of the winning district’s participants, supporting the elderly and residents in need within that district in partnership with NGOs.
