Link Asset Management Limited (Link), the manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Link REIT; Hong Kong stock code: 823), announced today (Tuesday) that it has successfully priced its US$600 million senior unsecured notes (the Notes) with a 10-year maturity, due 2036, at a coupon rate of 4.875%. The Notes will be issued on 2 February 2026 and will be listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Commenting on the transaction, Kok-siong Ng, Link Group Chief Financial Officer, said: “This US dollar bond issuance extends Link REIT’s debt maturity profile and diversifies our funding sources. The overwhelming market response reflects investors’ confidence in our long-term stability and profitability.”
The Notes are rated “A” by Standard & Poor’s.
Net proceeds from the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes.
Link holds A issuer ratings from the key credit rating agencies, including A2/Stable from Moody’s Investors Service, A/Stable from Standard & Poor’s and A/Stable from Fitch Ratings.
