Link Asset Management Limited (Link) is pleased to support three new community projects with innovative concepts in 2019/20 through “Link Together Initiatives”, its flagship charity and community engagement programme.

The new projects are Arts’ Options’ “Inspirational Drama Programme for Elderly”, Big Silver Community’s “Big Silver Well-being Community”, as well as Culture Power Charity Foundation’s “We are Top Crew”.  In addition, Link will continue to support Bo Charity Foundation’s “Food Angel – Love & Food Sharing and Education”, Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association’s “Guide Dogs Training and Public Education” and Po Leung Kuk’s “Silver Age Got Talent” in the coming year. Details of the six sponsored projects are listed in Appendix.

Established in 2013, Link Together Initiatives aims to advance sustainable development in the communities served by Link. Each year, Link contributes an amount of up to 0.25% of its net property income from the previous financial year to support charitable organisations with causes related to youth empowerment, active ageing and resources management. Since its launch, the programme has donated $76 million, including the commitment for 2019/20 projects.

Link University Scholarship, Link’s signature youth empowerment programme, awards students who are the first among three generations of their families to attend university. In 2019/20, 190 students are expected to receive the $20,000 scholarship. Link introduced this non-means-tested scholarship in 2015 and has granted $15 million in total to 750 university students.

“Link is pleased to partner with start-up NGOs in addition to established ones and support causes with innovative approaches to serve different sectors. We will continue to use our resources and network to support the sustainable growth of NGOs to better serve the community,” said Nicholas Allen, Chairman of Link.
