Link’s properties in Wang Fuk Court and Kwong Fuk Estate, and in the wider Tai Po area, serve the people and communities that have been impacted by this tragedy. Link is deeply sorrowed by their loss and pain.

To provide immediate assistance, the following support measures have been implemented at the nearby Kwong Fuk Commercial Centre:

• Property management service teams from nearby Link malls have been deployed to Kwong Fuk Commercial Centre to provide on-site support
• In collaboration with district council members and community representatives, Link has arranged for relief supplies to be stored at its venues for convenient distribution to affected residents
• A temporary charging station has been set up at the customer service counter in Kwong Fuk Commercial Centre, with bottled water and snacks available for those in need
• Link is also providing basic supplies to affected residents who choose to remain in Kwong Fuk Commercial Centre while awaiting further updates
• Washrooms, escalators, elevators, and lighting at Kwong Fuk Commercial Centre will remain open around the clock
• Monthly parking patrons at Wang Fuk and Kwong Fuk car parks will be offered alternative parking spaces at a Link designated car park in Hong Kong

Link remains part of the local community and will of course continue its strong support for those affected by this tragedy. Beyond immediate relief, Link is also in active discussion with community partners to explore how we can contribute our resources to help the people and communities impacted by this tragic event to recover and rebuild.
