Held annually, Everyday Bordeaux brings together blindfolded professional wine tasters to select 100 highest quality Bordeaux wines. This is the first time that Everyday Bordeaux joins hands with The Link to hold the Wine Pairing Dinner as part of this outstanding wine-tasting event. You will have the opportunity to sample the savoury crossover new dishes produced by Walter Kei and Executive Chef of Very Good Banquet Hall, including Fish Fillet with Vanilla Lemon Sauce and Grilled Pork Ribs in Orange Honey Sauce.

Admission tickets are available online at $450 each. Shoppers can redeem one free ticket by spending $2,000, or a maximum of two tickets by spending $3,500 or above, at Hau Tak Shopping Centre, Nan Fung Plaza and Maritime Bay Shopping Mall till 19 August. A minimum of 2 receipts/ maximum of 10 receipts will be accepted; seats are limited.
