| Today marks the tenth anniversary of Link Real Estate Investment Trust (“Link”; Hong Kong stock code: 823). To honour its stakeholders and all those who have supported its work to serve the public and bring communities together, Link hosted today its tenth anniversary celebration party at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong. George Hongchoy, Chief Executive Officer of Link Asset Management Limited, said, “In a short span of ten years, we have achieved a lot in partnership with our stakeholders. We have to date completed 41 asset enhancement projects with a total investment of HK$4.5 billion.
