Mr. Ronald Tham Chief Corporate Development Officer |
Mr. Ronald Tham, Chief Corporate Development Officer, is the new leader of Link's IR function. In this capacity, he will provide strategic guidance and orchestrate the team to provide “Strategic IR” that meets global best-in-class standards. Besides IR, Ronald is responsible for Link's corporate development which includes mergers and acquisitions, capital transactions execution and other strategic initiatives. Ronald joined Link in April 2022, and has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking and multinational corporations.
In addition, Mr. Ivan Wong joined Link’s IR team as Assistant General Manager in November 2024. Prior to Link, Ivan was part of the IR team of a global casino gaming conglomerate, with listings in Hong Kong and the US.

The latest transformation is truly spectacular, as we have revitalised the former Carrefour basement into a dynamic hub of retail, leisure, entertainment, and F&B options. Designed to impress, the mall is divided into zones inspired by the four seasons, complemented by an inviting outdoor plaza that draws in more footfall. This transformation has created an enhanced shopping experience, brimming with exciting new offerings and fostering an atmosphere that delights and inspires exploration at every turn.
Kai Tin Shopping Centre
The mall has undergone significant enhancements, including increased natural lighting for a more inviting atmosphere and a new porch design connecting the two phases of the mall. These upgrades create a modern environment for both tenants and customers. For the fresh market section, it was developed in collaboration with a local artist to further enrich the mall's aesthetics and to foster a vibrant shopping experience.
Sau Mau Ping Shopping Centre
The rooftop now proudly presents the lively "Geometric Wonderzoo" - a family-friendly destination filled with fun amusement attractions - and a variety of trendy new restaurants. The park's cheerful colour palette is inspired by Hong Kong's iconic neon signs, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. This playful design not only offers a delightful visual experience but also sparks children's imagination and creativity, making it a wonderful space for family bonding and meaningful cognitive development.
