What We Did: Link REIT Highlights

Over the past 12 months, we have had the privilege of meeting many of you both in person and virtually. During this period, our team attended 15 conferences and hosted more than 20 non-deal roadshows. We have received a lot of positive and constructive feedback from our engagements, and they are shared with the Board and senior leadership. It is systematically reviewed and incorporated into our daily operations as well as our strategic planning processes.

Since March 2025, we have transitioned to publishing Quarterly Operational Updates, replacing our previous practice of Pre-Blackout Briefings. This change enables us to strengthen our investor communications by providing more timely information.

We have hosted over 20 asset tours in the past year. These events were designed to give our investors a first-hand experience of our asset operations and showcase our asset enhancement capabilities.
