Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Link Real Estate Investment Trust (“Link REIT”) has adopted dissemination of Corporate Communications(Note 1) by mean of its publication on website, with effect from 17 June 2025, pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Listing Rules”).

The English and Chinese versions of the Corporate Communications are available on the websites of Link REIT at linkreit.com and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEX”) at hkexnews.hk (the “Websites”). You may access the Corporate Communications via the sections titled “Financial Reports and Presentations” and “Regulatory Disclosure” under “Investor Relations” of the website of Link REIT; or browsing through HKEX website. We will only send Corporate Communications in printed form to a unitholder upon request.

Under the Listing Rules, we are no longer required to notify unitholders of the publication of Corporate Communications on the Websites. You are encouraged to subscribe for News Alert service on HKEX website to receive instant notification of publication of Corporate Communications.

Registered Unitholder

Under the Listing Rules, Link REIT is required to send Actionable Corporate Communications(Note 2) to unitholders individually. In order to receive email notification of the publication of future Actionable Corporate Communications, we recommend you to provide email address by completing, signing and returning the Reply Form to Link REIT’s unit registrar (the “Unit Registrar”), Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong or by email to linkreit@computershare.com.hk.

If you have previously provided an email address to the Unit Registrar, you are not required to provide your email address again unless you wish to update the email address previously provided.

If no valid and functional email address is provided by you to the Unit Registrar, we will only be able to send future Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form by post to your address as appearing in Link REIT’s register of unitholders maintained by the Unit Registrar, until such time when you have provided a valid and functional email address to the Unit Registrar for receiving the same.

For any reason if you have difficulty in receiving or gaining access to any Corporate Communications on Link REIT’s website, or if you wish to receive future Corporate Communications and Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form, please send your request to the Unit Registrar in writing at the address shown above, or by email to linkreit@computershare.com.hk, or by using the Reply Form. The Corporate Communications in printed form will be sent to you promptly upon your request free of charge. Please note that such instruction shall be valid for one year starting from the receipt date of your instruction and will expire thereafter. If you wish to continue to receive Corporate Communications and Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form after the expiry of the original request, you must complete and return a fresh Reply Form.

Non-registered Unitholder(Note 3)

As a non-registered unitholder, if you wish to receive email notification of the publication of future Actionable Corporate Communications, you should liaise with your banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited through which your units are held (together, “Intermediary”) and provide your email address to your Intermediary.

If you wish to receive the printed form of the future Corporate Communications and Actionable Corporate Communication of Link REIT, please liaise with your Intermediary and duly complete and sign the Reply Form and return it to the Unit Registrar by post to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong or by email to linkreit@computershare.com.hk. Please note that such instruction shall be valid for one year starting from the receipt date of your instruction and will expire thereafter.

Should you have any queries relating to any of the above matters, please call the Unit Registrar at its enquiry hotline at (852) 2862 8688 during business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

Notes:

  1. Corporate Communications refer to annual reports, interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars, proxy forms, and other documents or publications of Link REIT.
  2. Actionable Corporate Communications are any corporate communications that seek instructions from Link REIT’s unitholders on how they wish to exercise their rights or make an election as its unitholder. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not include a notice of general meeting or proxy form. Pursuant to the Listing Rules, Link REIT will send the Actionable Corporate Communications to its unitholders individually.
  3. Non-registered unitholders refer to those persons or companies whose units in Link REIT are being held in the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS).
