Group Discussion: Previous Interview Questions

Hong Kong Gourmet Brand (2024)

Recently, a Korean culinary programme has garnered widespread attention, revitalising the sluggish Korean food industry after the pandemic and indirectly boosting Korean tourism. Hong Kong, often referred to as a "Food Paradise", is currently boasting dozens of Michelin-starred restaurants that offer a wide range of cuisines, from luxurious dining to casual street food, with options at variety price points. Please discuss and propose strategies for promoting Hong Kong's "Food Paradise" brand to travellers from around the world, using culinary offerings to drive local tourism.

Social Inclusion (2023)

In Hong Kong, the majority of non-Chinese are South Asians who were born and raised here and have made Hong Kong their home. However, the cultural and religious differences and language barriers block their ways to be integrated into local community. Limited social resources and bounded flow of information further hinder their upward mobility opportunities. Discuss and give suggestions on how to promote social inclusion and provide them with more opportunities for upward mobility.
