Through providing professional long-distance running training, the project seeks to strengthen resilience among underprivileged youth, in addition to promoting physical fitness and stress relief, as well as building a positive and healthy lifestyle. To ensure that more can benefit from the project, it will expand to ten districts and offer different levels of training based on participants' abilities. Participants are provided with opportunities to engage in open competitions, career planning, volunteering activities and community running route design. These will help broaden horizons, boost self-confidence and enhance their sense of belonging within the community. Participants' sports hours are accumulated and converted into sports packs as gifts to be distributed to elderly and underprivileged families.
