Both programmes will cover five areas: (1) business orientation; (2) competency-based learning in various forms, including leadership and personal development workshops; (3) technical knowledge and qualifications; (4) Environmental, Social and Governance training; and (5) internal rotations, in which trainees will be rotated vertically within the assigned functional division.

• Have an undergraduate degree or a master’s degree from an accredited university.
• Passionate and in search of long-term career development opportunities within the real estate investment industry. 
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, highly proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with the ability to engage stakeholders and peers in an open and collaborative manner. 
• Have strong planning and organisational capabilities.
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Energetic and dynamic self-starter with a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced corporate culture where excellence, diversity and teamwork are valued. 
• Able to join us in July 2023 (target commencement date).
