Job Duties

  • Support the manager to build up and maintain a strong relationship within the community for Link and enhance the company image amongst the public
  • Liaise, meet, connect and communicate with various stakeholders, including but not limited to estates and community groups, gather and provide feedbacks on their opinions. Handle the respective complaints and enquiries
  • Report to management on regular basis on community relationship issues and communications
  • Attend social functions and events on behalf of the Company
  • Collaborate with colleagues of various functional units and cluster managers in dealing with significant ad hoc issues and assist with the management of these issues

Requirements

  • University student from any disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in community engagement works
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-initiated, detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Finance

Job Duties 

  • Support acquisition and disposal of financial and tax due diligence
  • Prepare financial analysis and management reporting for Mainland China, Singapore and overseas operations
  • Handle consolidation and financial reporting, liaise with external auditors and consultants for interim/annual audits
  • Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Support the implementation of ERP system

Requirements 

  • Management Associate is suitable for candidates with high calibre, the right attitude, and a good potential to be a future finance leader of Link REIT 
  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines; MBA graduate is a plus 
  • HKICPA/ACCA qualified or finalist accountant; CFA Charterholder is a plus
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably from the real estate industry, property management company or Big 4 accounting firms
  • High proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint; experience in Power BI is a plus 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Hands-on, proactive, meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment
  • Good communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, open and transparent
Human Resources

Job Duties

  • Hands-on assignments at various functions in HR: business partnering, talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, performance management, reward, workplace
  • Conduct research and analysis to help formulate impactful HR initiatives
  • Lead or participate in projects from end to end. Work with departments/stakeholders inside and outside HR on ideation, design, planning and implementation

Requirement

  • Degree holder with good academic standing, with 3-5 years’ work experience
  • Aspire to grow to become a successful HR professional
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mind
  • Organised with good project management skills
  • Comfortable to work under ambiguity and complexity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
Internal Audit

Role Objective

To undertake internal audit, advisory and other ad-hoc investigation assignments.  Your role is to ensure effective system of internal controls are in place, in order to assist the company in meeting its financial, operational and compliance objectives.

Job Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual audit plan
  • Plan and conduct audit, advisory and ad-hoc assignments to evaluate and improve internal controls of the Company in an efficient and effective way
  • Develop a clear understanding of the business operations and process flows
  • Maintain proper documentation of working papers to record audit work performed
  • Identify control deficiencies and formulate recommendations for improvements
  • Prepare draft report detailing audit findings and recommendations
  • Perform follow-up validation on the implementation of audit recommendations
  • Interact with operational management effectively
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • Possession of a recognised professional qualification in accounting, auditing or investigation, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent
  • A minimum 3 years of external/ internal audit experience gained in “Big Four” CPA firms and MNC/ sizeable companies. Prior experience in internal audit or SOX assignments is an advantage. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, with ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Strong business acumen, excellent auditing, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong English report writing skills with ability to identify and articulate root cause of audit findings
  • Proactive, self-starter, able to work under pressure with passion to pursue for the highest standards
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet tight schedule
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Occasional travel (10-20%) may be required, prior overseas/ Mainland China education/ work exposure will be an advantage

 

Investment (Asia)

Job Duties

  • Build financial models to evaluate real estate investment opportunities in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan
  • Research on Asia macroeconomic, real estate and capital markets
  • Weekly Asia news update

Requirements

  • University graduate in surveying, real estate, finance, accounting, economics or related discipline
  • Excellent command in Excel
  • Good inter-personal skills and strong in collaboration with other team members
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Strong intention to develop career in property field
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
