Non-discretionary retail assets in Hong Kong account for a substantial portion of Link’s portfolio and has demonstrated excellent resilience and stability. Built on this strong foundation, we established our presence in new asset classes such as logistics and new regional geographies, which are complementary to our retail holdings and help us tap into future growth. We also expanded traditional ownership and management approach to include joint ventures and minority shareholding in assets.
