Ms KELLY oversees Link REIT’s Australia portfolio to maximise asset performance and long-term value through active asset management, strategic capital investment and stakeholder engagement. Her background spans diverse sectors, including fund management, property, infrastructure, energy and utilities. She has a strong track record in managing financial operations and driving business growth, with deep expertise in portfolio management, treasury, financial reporting, analysis and stakeholder management.

Ms KELLY joined Link in February 2024. Before that, she was Head of Retail Finance & Deputy Fund Manager at Charter Hall, where she managed financial operations for Charter Hall Retail Funds and oversaw strategy, investor relations and fund performance for Charter Hall Retail REIT within the property investment sector. Prior to that, she was with Sydney Airport Corporation Limited serving as Treasurer, where she developed finance and treasury strategy, policy and executed derivative transactions to manage interest rate and currency risk. Earlier in her career, Ms KELLY worked for Commonwealth Bank, CIBC World Markets and Edison International.

Ms KELLY holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Commerce (Hons) from the University of Sydney.
