Waste represents an escalating operational, regulatory and reputational risk. Effective management reduces emissions and controls costs, while enhancing compliance with government policies and aligning with investor expectations.

The majority of our Hong Kong properties are covered under the seawater supply network for flushing – contributing to significant conservation of water resources. Our operations do not produce hazardous effluents and wastewater.

How We Deliver

Reduce and Reuse

Use seawater for flushing at most Hong Kong sites, and reuse rainwater and bleed-off water for irrigation and flushing where feasible

Optimise

Adopt water-efficient fixtures such as self-closing taps, flow restrictors and dual flush valves in our properties

Monitor

Regular inspection of plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems
Measure and monitor consumption of water usage during construction, operation and renovation works

Compliance and Best Practices

We are a participant of the Quality Water Supply Scheme for Buildings – Fresh Water (Management System) by Hong Kong Water Supplies Department (WSD).
We require tenants and contractors to avoid sewerage contamination and encourage adoption of water-efficient appliances and fixtures.
