Link Real Estate Investment Trust (‘Link REIT’) recently gained recognition at three prestigious regional awards ceremonies for its excellent performance in the REIT sector. Institutional Investor’s 2016 All-Asia Executive Team Ranking, The Asset’s Asset Triple A Asset Servicing, Fund Management and Investor Awards 2016 and Corporate Governance Asia’s 6th Asian Excellence Recognition Awards 2016 honoured Link with multiple awards across several categories of performance.

The categories and ranking of Institutional Investor’s awards to Link REIT in the 2016 All-Asia Executive Team Ranking are:

Separately, at The Asset Triple A Asset Servicing, Fund Management and Investor Awards 2016, Link REIT was named ‘Property Investor of the Year’ for the fourth consecutive year and earned the title of ‘Impact Investor of the Year, Hong Kong’. This annual award scheme is known for its strict assessment criteria and considered one of most prestigious awards in the Asian investment sector.
At Corporate Governance Asia’s 6th Asian Excellence Recognition Awards 2016, Link REIT was honoured with the ‘Best Investor Relations Company’, ‘Best Corporate Communications’, ‘Best CSR’ and ‘Best Environmental Responsibility’ awards. At these same Awards, in the individual performance categories, George Hongchoy, Chief Executive Officer and Andy Cheung, Chief Financial Officer were named ‘Asia’s Best CEO (Investor Relations)’ and ‘Asia's Best CFO (Investor Relations)’ respectively. The Asian Excellence Recognition Awards aim to recognise the achievements of Asian enterprises in terms of management acumen, financial performance, corporate social responsibility, environmental practices and investor relations.
