From today to 29 February, an exhibition of 12 Chinese paintings by Mr Chu Tung-sing will be held on the second floor of Stanley Plaza. The theme of the exhibition focuses on love and Valentine’s Day. Mr Chu and his wife, who have been married for more than 50 years, were invited to enjoy a complimentary candlelit dinner along with other couples on Valentine’s Day at Stanley Plaza, where they shared their love and inspiration during their married life.
The exhibition will move to Lok Fu Plaza on 1 March and run to 14 March in celebration of Japanese Valentine’s Day. Romantic music heightens romantic atmosphere On the evening of Valentine’s Day, a group of accordionists performed love songs at Stanley Plaza and Murray House. The top 10 spenders at Stanley Plaza on Valentine’s Day won complimentary candlelit dinners for two and received a Valentine’s Day gift, as well as the chance to win instant lucky draw prizes (total value $6,000).
