Stanley Plaza, owned and managed by The Link REIT (“The Link”), won the Excellence in Facility Management Award (EFMA) in the Retail category. This marks the first time The Link has won this award, which recognises The Link’s exemplary record of facility management.

 

Organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management, EFMA aims to recognise the outstanding facility management performance of companies and organisations based on criteria including technology, green initiatives, carbon reduction, universal access, occupational health and safety, and teambuilding.

 

The Link is committed to continuous enhancement of its facility management services and facilities in an effort to provide superior shopping experiences at its shopping centres.
