The first Stanley Sidewalk Spectacular (“SSS”) proudly hosted by Stanley Plaza was held successfully on 15 December (Saturday). A fun afternoon had been brought to tourists and visitors from different districts with shopping, wine tasting, entertainment and Santa greetings!
Took place on 15 December from 3pm to 7pm, over 21 retailers and restaurants took part in this extravaganza, featuring a “sidewalk sale” with special merchandize. Shoppers and their pets enjoyed a series of fun activities with a distinctive Southside holiday spirit!
Support SPCA by Meeting the “SANTA PAWS”!
Hundreds of lovely pets visited Stanley Plaza, the first dog friendly mall under the Link REIT and took photo with Santa Paws! Santa and his two elves had been greeting the visitors and their pets at the Piazza. Every photo took with Santa Paws made a donation to SPCA to support the homeless animals. Special treats were also given to the furry friends!
Great Entertainment Together with Shop and Savour!
Over 21 tenants offered great Christmas sales which enabled visitors to stock up on Christmas gifts at the “Sidewalk sale”! Jim Marvin is back in Stanley Plaza, the designer for the White House Christmas since 1997. His Pop Up Store stocks a wide range of beautiful Christmas decorations. Everything you need, from ornament, mistletoes, gifts and more will surely delight children and adult alike! Many of the items are limited edition so hurry up before they get snapped!
“Wines by the glass” with exclusive menu were also available from the special selections of restaurants for wine lovers and foodies! Visitors also spent their time with the stilt-walkers passing out candy canes, balloon animals were giving out to the children, face painting, the Tarot Card reading stall and more. Christmas Carol performance by the Choir groups of Diocesan School Old Boys' Association and St. Stephen’s College enhanced the festive atmosphere!
