Beer Bottle Yoga

Founded by professional German yoga instructor Jhula, Beer Yoga is a form of yoga in which practitioners drink beer while performing yoga moves and is gaining popularity in U.S., Australia and Thailand. Featuring a combination of beer bottle and yoga, Beer Bottle Yoga invites participants to hold a bottle of beer while practicing specially designed yoga balancing positions, transforming traditional yoga into a brand new experience.

Juice Yoga

Stanley Plaza introduces the Hong Kong’s first Juice Yoga class to encourage the parents to put down their smart devices, and enjoy the class with their children to enhance communication and strengthen family bonds.

Building on the theme of Beer and Fitness, Stanley Plaza invites attendees to enjoy a variety of fun and entertaining game booths, including the Beer Push Game, Giant Beer Pong, Fitness Exercise Challenge and more. Visitors can also enjoy beers from well-known brands.
