Link’s Park & Dine mobile app was honoured with the Award in the Mobile Communication and Social Apps category at the recent Asia-Pacific Communications Awards 2016 held in Singapore. The app topped more than 140 entries from multi-national corporations and leading companies from around the region including Microsoft Asia, Airbus Group India, Habitat for Humanity International, Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank.
The panel of judges hailed from widely recognised companies such as Amazon, Bayer, Pepsi-Cola, Unilever, Financial Times, UBS and BNY Mellon. They commented that Link’s Park & Dine app stood out from the 36 finalists due to its sustainable potential in benefiting a variety of stakeholders such as mall visitors, shop operators and owners.
Launched at mid-year, Link’s Park & Dine app makes parking and shopping at shopping malls and fresh markets even more convenient for customers. The app features real-time parking availability, recommendations and special offers at restaurants and shops, as well as the convenient ‘Find My Car’ function and the popular restaurant e-queuing function. Most recently, a grocery shopping and delivery service has been added, making it easier for users to cook healthy meals at home. The app serves several different customer segments, helping Link’s tenants to expand their customer reach.
