It’s not easy to make dreams come true. But 23 chefs who operate their own restaurants or are praise-winning new generation chefs in properties of The Link Management Limited (“The Link”) have proved otherwise, using their passion and perseverance to realize their dreams. The Link has interviewed them and published their stories in a new booklet titled New Generation Chefs. The Link strives to help tenants expand their customer bases and create more business opportunities through various promotional channels, one of which is publishing booklets like New Generation Chefs. This booklet is the sequel to The Link’s Chefs, an overwhelmingly popular booklet published in 2012 that introduced some experienced chefs and specialities from various restaurants in The Link’s properties. Among the 23 chefs introduced in New Generation Chefs, some follow their fathers’ footsteps or inherited their family business or have built up their own businesses in the food and beverage industry, while others are in the process of fulfilling their dreams. This booklet shares their endeavours and the hard work involved to make their dreams come true, as well as some behind-the-scenes stories of their restaurants and specialities. Each chef also shares with readers the recipe of their most well-known dish. From 30 May, customers who spend HK$50 in any of The Link’s designated shopping centres* can redeem a copy of New Generation Chefs while stock lasts. |
